Refund policy

At Sarees by Varahi, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. While we ensure every product is carefully checked before shipping, we understand that issues can sometimes arise.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect product

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as color difference, personal dislike, or change of mind. All products are photographed in natural light, and slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

2. Mandatory for Return Request

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must provide an unedited unpacking video clearly showing the sealed package and the defect/damage.

  • You must initiate the request within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • Send your request only via WhatsApp at +91 9902928666

No requests will be entertained without the required video proof or if submitted after the return window.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Returns due to personal preference, dislike, or expectation mismatch

  • International orders

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use

4. Return Shipping Process

  • Once approved, customers are required to send the product back to us using India Post only.

  • Return shipping cost must be initially borne by the customer.

  • Upon verification, a ₹50 postal fee reimbursement will be offered for eligible return cases (only for damaged/incorrect items).

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

5. Replacements & Refunds

  • If your return is approved and the same product is in stock, a replacement will be dispatched within 2 business days.

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed within 1 business day of approval.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or through UPI/Bank transfer.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued without complete compliance with the return terms.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return criteria.

  • All decisions by Sarees by Varahi regarding return/refund approvals are final.
